1. Important Note and Minimum Age
Our game(s) are not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not use the Game or provide any information to us.
Players aged 13 and older must comply with our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.

Advertising: Unity Ads, LevelPlay
We use the Unity Ads and LevelPlay SDK provided by Unity Technologies to display advertisements within the Game. Unity Ads collects and processes data to deliver and measure ads.

- Device identifiers (like Android Advertising ID or IDFA)

- Limit the number of times you see the same ad.

Note on Age and Personalized Ads: Because this Game is for users aged 13 and up, the Unity Ads SDK may be configured to serve personalized ads based on applicable legal compliance, using your non-personal identifiers. You may have the ability to opt-out of personalized advertising through your device settings or through an in-game privacy setting, if available.
5. Your Choices and Opt-Out Rights
You have control over how certain information is collected and used:
- Opting Out of Personalized Advertising: You can often limit the use of non-personal data for personalized advertising by changing the settings on your mobile device.
- iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy > Tracking and either disable “Allow Apps to Request to Track” globally or for the Game specifically.
- Android: Go to Settings > Google (or Google Settings) > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization/delete ad ID.
- Data Access, Correction, and Deletion: Depending on your location and applicable laws (such as GDPR), you may have the right to request access to the non-personal data we hold, or request its deletion. Due to the limited nature of data we collect, this typically requires the submission of a device identifier (e.g., Advertising ID) to verify your request.

6. Security and Data Retention
A. Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet.
B. Data Retention
We retain the information we collect for as long as necessary to provide the Game, and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Once the retention period is over, we will either delete or anonymize the data.
